Italian Contract Design was founded in 2001 in Southern Italy by designer Sergio Valentini, an artisan who turned his passion for craftsmanship into a design vision.

After training in Milan and collaborating with architects and artists, he expanded internationally, opening a production site in Hungary and working with the Heineken Group in the Netherlands on the creation of clubs and hospitality spaces.

In 2022, after visiting Phuket, Sergio chose to bring his experience to Asia, founding ICD Asia.

Today, the company blends Italian design, European craftsmanship, and international expertise to create unique spaces for hospitality and lifestyle projects.
